Ingredients:  

  • 1 small head cabbage shredded
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat oil.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  • Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  • Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  • Add shredded cabbage and salt. Mix everything well.
  • Close the Instant Pot with the lid and set it to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and open the lid.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
