Instructions:
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat oil.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add shredded cabbage and salt. Mix everything well.
Close the Instant Pot with the lid and set it to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and open the lid.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
