Instructions:
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In the Instant Pot, combine the rice, black beans, vegetable broth, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then carefully do a quick release.
Fluff the rice and beans with a fork and serve with your favorite toppings.
