Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 ears corn shucked and cut into thirds
  • 1 smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon halved
  • 4 cups water

Instructions: 

  • Place the shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage, onion, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning in the Instant Pot.
  • Squeeze the lemon halves over the ingredients and add them to the pot.
  • Pour water over everything in the pot.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully open the lid.
  • Serve the shrimp boil hot with some melted butter on the side.

Notes:

For an extra kick, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few dashes of hot sauce to the mix.
