Instructions:
Place the shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage, onion, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning in the Instant Pot.
Squeeze the lemon halves over the ingredients and add them to the pot.
Pour water over everything in the pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully open the lid.
Serve the shrimp boil hot with some melted butter on the side.
Notes:
For an extra kick, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few dashes of hot sauce to the mix.
