olive oil

beef broth

cornstarch

tablespoons
water
Fresh parsley

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into oval patties.
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil. Brown the patties on both sides, then remove and set aside.
Pour beef broth into the Instant Pot and deglaze the bottom of the pot.
Return the patties to the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release. Remove the patties and set aside.
Mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Stir into the gravy in the Instant Pot and cook on sauté mode until thickened.
Serve the Salisbury steak with the gravy, garnished with fresh parsley.
