Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 0.25 cup tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  • Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  • Stir in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual high pressure for 20 minutes.
  • Once done, release the pressure manually and stir the sauce.
  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  • Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti and top with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner and can be easily doubled to serve a larger crowd.
