Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual high pressure for 20 minutes.
Once done, release the pressure manually and stir the sauce.
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes:
This recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner and can be easily doubled to serve a larger crowd.
