Instructions:
Rinse the elderberries and place them in the Instant Pot.
Add water, honey, cinnamon stick, and grated ginger.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
Carefully strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl.
Use a spoon to press out all the liquid from the berries.
Transfer the syrup to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
Notes:
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before use.
