Instructions:
Place rice, chicken broth, frozen chicken breasts, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
Remove the chicken breasts, shred them, and return them to the pot.
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
