Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pound frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish chopped parsley

Instructions: 

  • Place rice, chicken broth, frozen chicken breasts, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Remove the chicken breasts, shred them, and return them to the pot.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
