Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  • Add chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
  • Remove the chicken from the Instant Pot and shred using two forks.
  • Serve the shredded chicken as desired.

Notes:

This shredded chicken can be used in a variety of dishes such as tacos, salads, sandwiches, and more. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
