Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the beef stew meat.
  • Add in the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the carrots, potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
  • Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 35 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

You can add more vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
