Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the beef stew meat.
Add in the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Stir in the carrots, potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 35 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Serve hot and enjoy!
