Instructions:
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In the Instant Pot, combine the rice, broth, olive oil, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
Fluff the rice with a fork and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
