Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread cubed
  • 1 unit onion diced
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and melt the butter.
  • Add the onion and celery, sauté until softened.
  • Turn off the sauté mode and add the bread cubes, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and fluff the stuffing with a fork before serving.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can use homemade chicken broth. Feel free to add other herbs or spices to suit your taste.
