In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and beef broth.
Add sliced flank steak to the Instant Pot and pour the sauce over it.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Quick release the pressure.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Stir into the beef mixture in the Instant Pot.
