Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups peeled and sliced apples
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions: 

  • Place the sliced apples in the Instant Pot and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, and butter. Mix until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples in the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
  • Serve the apple crisp warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes:

For a variation, you can add a handful of chopped nuts to the oat mixture for extra crunch.
