Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  • Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Stir the soup and serve hot.
