Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the pork cubes.
Add the onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir well.
Add the liver spread, raisins, hotdogs, potatoes, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and stir the menudo.
Serve hot and enjoy!
