  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and stir the chili before serving.

Notes:

This chili can be served with a variety of toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions. It's also great for meal prep and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
