Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (10 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook diced chicken until no longer pink.
  • Add Rotel tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
