ham hock

apple cider vinegar

Red pepper flakes

Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add the ham hock, collard greens, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 20 minutes.
Once done, do a quick release and carefully remove the ham hock.
Serve the collard greens hot with some of the cooking liquid.
Notes:
Red pepper flakes are optional for added heat.
