Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, milk, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into mini meatloaves.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the mini meatloaves in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
