Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns, cooked
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Cooking spray

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a pan until cooked.
  • Lay out a tortilla and place a slice of bacon in the center. Top with a spoonful of scrambled eggs, hash browns, and shredded cheese.
  • Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating a square shape.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the crunchwrap seam side down in the basket.
  • Air fry for 5 minutes, then carefully flip and air fry for another 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining crunchwraps.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For a vegetarian version, you can replace the bacon with sautéed vegetables or a plant-based bacon alternative.
