frozen hash browns, cooked

Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a pan until cooked.
Lay out a tortilla and place a slice of bacon in the center. Top with a spoonful of scrambled eggs, hash browns, and shredded cheese.
Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating a square shape.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the crunchwrap seam side down in the basket.
Air fry for 5 minutes, then carefully flip and air fry for another 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining crunchwraps.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
For a vegetarian version, you can replace the bacon with sautéed vegetables or a plant-based bacon alternative.
