This Instant Pot Italian Meatloaf is a quick and delicious meal that combines the classic flavors of Italian cuisine with the convenience of an Instant Pot. Perfect for a family dinner!
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, marinara sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a piece of aluminum foil.
Create a sling out of aluminum foil to lower the meatloaf into the Instant Pot.
Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
Carefully lower the meatloaf onto the trivet.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the meatloaf from the Instant Pot using the sling.
Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

For a crispier texture, you can broil the meatloaf in the oven for a few minutes after cooking in the Instant Pot.
