Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced pickles
  • Sliced cheddar cheese
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with the diced onion.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes, and do a quick release.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and paprika to make the special sauce.
  • Toast the hamburger buns.
  • Assemble the burgers with the beef mixture, special sauce, lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
