Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with the diced onion.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
Close the lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes, and do a quick release.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and paprika to make the special sauce.
Toast the hamburger buns.
Assemble the burgers with the beef mixture, special sauce, lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
