Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add buttermilk, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Pour batter into a greased Instant Pot.
Place sausages on top of the batter.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
Once done, carefully release the pressure and remove the hotcakes from the Instant Pot.
Serve hot with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
