Instructions:
Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the bake/roast function at 350°F (180°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter.
Add the baking soda and salt, mix well.
Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in the Ninja Foodi.
Place the loaf pan in the Ninja Foodi and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the banana bread to cool before slicing and serving.
