Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the bake/roast function at 350°F (180°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter.
  • Add the baking soda and salt, mix well.
  • Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in the Ninja Foodi.
  • Place the loaf pan in the Ninja Foodi and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the banana bread to cool before slicing and serving.
