Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb stew meat cubed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 potatoes diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions: 

  • In a large pot, brown the lamb over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in the curry powder, cumin, and turmeric.
