Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions: 

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  • Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped peanuts.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the amount of sriracha sauce to your spice preference.
