Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil until well combined.
Press the meat mixture onto a baking sheet to form a thin crust.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread the marinara sauce over the top.
