Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds flank steak
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the "Sear/Sauté" function. Add olive oil.
  • Remove the flank steak from the marinade and lay it flat. Roll it up tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
  • Sear the rolled flank steak in the Ninja Foodi until browned on all sides.
  • Change the function to "Pressure Cook" and cook the steak for 20 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally before opening the lid.
  • Remove the steak, slice, and serve.
