Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  • Assemble tacos by placing chicken on tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, cilantro, sour cream, and a squeeze of lime.
