Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Optional Toppings

  • shredded lettuce optional
  • diced tomatoes optional
  • shredded cheese optional
  • sour cream optional

Instructions: 

  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Brown chicken breasts on both sides.
  • Add BBQ sauce and chicken broth to the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Serve the BBQ chicken in tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

Feel free to customize the toppings to your preference. You can also use corn tortillas if you prefer.
