Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds London broil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Season the London broil with salt and pepper.
  • Select the sauté function on the pressure cooker and heat olive oil.
  • Sear the London broil on both sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add onions and garlic to the pressure cooker, sauté until softened.
  • Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Return the London broil to the pressure cooker.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Allow for natural pressure release before opening the lid.
  • Slice the London broil against the grain and serve with the gravy.

Notes:

For best results, let the London broil rest for a few minutes before slicing.
