Instructions:
Season the London broil with salt and pepper.
Select the sauté function on the pressure cooker and heat olive oil.
Sear the London broil on both sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add onions and garlic to the pressure cooker, sauté until softened.
Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
Return the London broil to the pressure cooker.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Allow for natural pressure release before opening the lid.
Slice the London broil against the grain and serve with the gravy.
