Instructions:
Season the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Open the beer can and place it in the center of the Instant Pot.
Carefully lower the seasoned chicken onto the beer can, so it stands upright in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for 30 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release before carefully removing the chicken from the Instant Pot.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before carving and serving.
Notes:
For an extra crispy skin, you can place the chicken under the broiler for a few minutes after cooking.
