Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1 head lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions: 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add ground chicken, cook until browned.
  • Stir in bell pepper, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and Sriracha.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and peanuts.
  • Spoon the filling into lettuce leaves and serve.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the amount of Sriracha sauce to your preferred level of spiciness.
