Dumplings

all-purpose flour

Instructions:
Place chicken thighs, chicken broth, water, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, do a quick pressure release.
In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and milk to form a dough.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for an additional 10 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, do a quick pressure release.
Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
