Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the air crisp setting.
  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts in the Ninja Foodi basket and air crisp for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Air crisp for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes:

For an extra crispy texture, you can double coat the chicken breasts by dipping them in beaten eggs before coating them in the breadcrumb mixture.
