Instructions:
Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the air crisp setting.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated chicken breasts in the Ninja Foodi basket and air crisp for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast and top with mozzarella cheese.
Air crisp for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes:
For an extra crispy texture, you can double coat the chicken breasts by dipping them in beaten eggs before coating them in the breadcrumb mixture.
