Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Add the sliced flank steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add the diced onion and sliced bell peppers to the Instant Pot. Cook until softened.
Stir in the Arborio rice and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 6 minutes.
Once done, quick release the pressure and stir in the cooked steak and Parmesan cheese.
Serve hot and enjoy!
