Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet with the bacon fat, add the brussel sprouts and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and chopped rosemary to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook until the brussel sprouts are tender, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the brussel sprouts topped with the crispy bacon.
Notes:
For an extra touch, you can add a splash of balsamic vinegar at the end for a bit of tanginess.
