Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 8 oz
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the drained crushed pineapple, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
  • Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cornbread cool before slicing and serving.
