beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Select the sauté function on the pressure cooker and heat the olive oil.
Sear the steak on both sides until browned, then remove and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the pressure cooker and sauté until softened.
Pour in the beef broth and deglaze the pot, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Return the steak to the pressure cooker.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
Serve the steak with the onion and garlic gravy from the pressure cooker.
