Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • Preheat Ninja Foodi to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • In another bowl, combine mashed banana, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Spoon batter into greased muffin cups.
  • Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool before serving.
