Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 chicken sausages
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 parsnips, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the chicken sausages, apples, and parsnips on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
  • Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the apples and parsnips are tender.

Notes:
