Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions: 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

This recipe is versatile and can be paired with pasta, rice, or vegetables for a complete meal.
