Instructions:
Cut the rack of ribs into individual pieces.
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the ribs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the ribs are cooked through and caramelized.
