  • 1 rack baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Cut the rack of ribs into individual pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the ribs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the ribs are cooked through and caramelized.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
