Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Add chicken thighs to the Instant Pot and pour the sauce over them.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, do a quick release and shred the chicken using two forks.
Serve the Korean lime chicken over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes:
Feel free to adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to suit your spice preference.
