Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Shake the basket and add the crumbled bacon. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts and bacon. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and Brussels sprouts are crispy.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For an extra kick, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes before serving.
