Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the Instant Pot on the sauté setting.
  • Place the pie crust in a pie dish that fits inside the Instant Pot.
  • Layer the ham and Swiss cheese in the pie crust.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the pie crust.
  • Cover the pie dish with foil.
  • Place a trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
  • Carefully place the pie dish on the trivet.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the pie dish.
  • Let the pie cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

For a different flavor, try using different types of cheese or adding vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
