Instructions:
Preheat the Instant Pot on the sauté setting.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish that fits inside the Instant Pot.
Layer the ham and Swiss cheese in the pie crust.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the pie crust.
Cover the pie dish with foil.
Place a trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
Carefully place the pie dish on the trivet.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the pie dish.
Let the pie cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
For a different flavor, try using different types of cheese or adding vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
