Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the sauté setting.
  • In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture over the flank steak.
  • Layer the bell pepper, spinach, and mozzarella cheese on top of the flank steak.
  • Roll up the steak and secure with kitchen twine.
  • Place the steak in the Ninja Foodi and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally before opening the lid.
  • Slice the steak and serve.
