Instructions:
Mash bananas in a mixing bowl.
Add melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix well.
Add baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased pan that fits in the Instant Pot.
Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
Carefully lower the pan onto the trivet.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 50 minutes.
Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
Carefully remove the pan from the Instant Pot and let the banana bread cool before slicing.
Notes:
Allowing the natural pressure release for 10 minutes helps the banana bread to set properly.
