Instructions:
Season the pork with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
Place the pork, onion, and garlic in the Instant Pot.
Pour in the BBQ sauce and chicken broth.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 60 minutes.
Once done, allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
Shred the pork using two forks.
Serve the BBQ pork on buns or with your favorite sides.
