Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season the pork with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
  • Place the pork, onion, and garlic in the Instant Pot.
  • Pour in the BBQ sauce and chicken broth.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 60 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
  • Shred the pork using two forks.
  • Serve the BBQ pork on buns or with your favorite sides.
