Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the orange marmalade, miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the glaze mixture over the top of each fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to adjust the amount of ginger and garlic to suit your taste.
