Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the orange marmalade, miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the glaze mixture over the top of each fillet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the amount of ginger and garlic to suit your taste.
